NSML’s Customer Service Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Customer Service Representatives are full time front desk staff to provide exceptional level of customer service in high volume medical practice. Individual will response to your request in friendly and clear voice. To arrange for customized turnaround time for a specific patient, please call the Customer Service Department at 516-739-5227. Additionally, you may schedule the delivery of supplies or pickup of specimens by contacting a Customer Service Representative.
